      1. Office Administrator & HR Officer

      Job Description:
      The Office Administrator & HR Officer will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the smooth running of office activities while supporting HR processes.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks.
      Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave schedules.
      Support recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
      Assist in developing HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communications.
      Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and service contracts.
      Process payment requests, purchase orders, and expense reports.
      Organize company meetings, trainings, and team events, and document minutes.
      Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.

      Job Description:
      The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and compliance with internal controls.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
      Administer payment transfers through the bank and reconcile accounts.
      Handle cash advances and ensure accurate reconciliations.
      Maintain and update the non-current assets register, including depreciation and disposals.
      Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and management accounts.
      Review purchase orders, vouchers, and ensure job-related payments are accurate.
      Prepare reports on receivables aging and advise management accordingly.

      Requirements:
