Job Description
We are recruiting motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our Retail SME Banking Team in Abuja, Sokoto, and Jigawa.

Successful candidates will play a vital role in:

Building and managing strong SME client relationships
Driving customer acquisition
Growing lending portfolios, deposits, and other SME-focused financial products

Key Responsibilities
Source, acquire, and manage SME and retail business clients within assigned markets
Drive growth in loans, deposits, and other revenue-generating products
Conduct credit analysis, prepare proposals, and maintain portfolio quality
Cross-sell retail SME banking solutions (lending, deposits, payments, trade finance, etc.)
Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients
Support branch performance through business development and market engagement initiatives
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies

Qualifications and Requirements
A first degree in any business-related discipline (Master’s/professional qualification is an advantage)
Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in SME/retail banking, credit, or financial services marketing
Strong knowledge of SME markets in Abuja, Sokoto, or Jigawa
Demonstrated success in sales, relationship management, and portfolio growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and credit analysis skills
