This scholarship not only provides a grant of €10,000 but also includes a waiver of tuition fees for one academic year (60 ECTS). The funding, distributed in installments, covers significant portions of living expenses, insurance premiums, and lodging costs.

To be considered, applicants must apply to one of the participating Flemish host institutions.

    • Not available for preparatory programs, bridging programs, or distance learning.
    • Current Flemish higher education students are ineligible, except for international applicants in specific preparatory programs for September 2024.
  5. Mobility and Program Details:
    • Student mobility to partner institutions outside Flanders is permitted.
    • The host institution must grant at least half of the required study credits for the master’s program.
  6. Application Documents:
    • Passport photo and international passport or national ID.
    • Curriculum Vitae with GPA details and relevant achievements.
    • Transcript of records (certified translation if not in Dutch, French, German, or English).
    • English language test results or a letter of exemption from the host university.
    • Letter of motivation in English.
    • Two signed letters of recommendation from professors or employers.
    • Copy of acquired diploma(s) with certified translation if necessary.
  7. Application Process:
    • Check eligibility and participation of your chosen Flemish institution.
    • Submit your application to the host institution.
    • Host institution preselects eligible applications.
    • Host institution initiates the Master Mind Scholarship application process via Mobility-Online.
    • Applicants are notified of preselection via email.
    • Complete the application file on Mobility-Online before the deadline.
