Fedpoly Ado-Ekiti Releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME Admission Form; Applications are being invited from interested candidates who participated in the 2023/2024 UTME and either selected The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti as their choice or are willing to switch to the institution as their first choice.

Fedpoly Ado-Ekiti Releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME Admission Form

Information about the 2023 Ado-Ekiti Federal Polytechnic Post-UTME: cutoff mark, eligibility, and registration details.

(A) ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS

(i) All applicants who chose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, and achieved a Minimum Acceptable Mark (MAM) of 140 in the 2023/2024 UTME.

Additionally, candidates must possess five (5) O’ level subjects with Credit grades in not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE, NECO, GCE, and NABTEB.

(ii) Applicants using NABTEB (NTC) for courses in the School of Engineering (SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT) must have, in addition to the five (5) O’level subjects mentioned in (i), a core subject from the Trade Related Area (TRA), excluding subjects like Book Keeping, Commerce, Principles of Accounts, or Secretarial Studies, etc.

Candidates applying for Business-related courses can use NABTEB (NBC). However, NABTEB Business Certificate (NBC) is not accepted in the School of Engineering, except for the Department of Mechanical Engineering which accepts NABTEB, and NBC certificates with relevant core subjects.

(iii) Applicants with NABTEB (General Education) can also apply for courses in the School of Engineering (SOE) and the School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT).

(iv) Candidates should thoroughly review the O’Level subject requirements for their chosen department. Detailed information about the O’Level subject requirements can be found on the 2023/2024 Admission Application page.

(v) Those who scored 140 and above in the last UTME but did not initially select The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti as their first choice institution and wish to change to it are eligible to do so.

(B) ADMISSION FORM GUIDELINES

Screening Application Form

(i) Candidates should visit the Polytechnic’s website at www.students.fedpolyado.edu.ng, click on “applicants,” and generate a screening application payment invoice which can be printed.

(ii) After generating the invoice, candidates can proceed to any bank of their choice with the invoice and make a payment of ₦2,000.00 on the Remita Platform.

(iii) Alternatively, candidates can make the payment using their debit card (Master Card, Visa Card, and Verve Card) following the instructions on the invoice generation page. (Note: Print the Invoice before making a debit card payment)

(iv) After payment, candidates should revisit the School Portal and complete their screening forms using the RRR number from the payment invoice (slip). The invoice and RRR must be in the applicant’s name.

(v) Candidates are advised to thoroughly review their forms before submitting them.

(vi) It’s recommended that candidates print their acknowledgment slips and screening forms.

(vii) Candidates should ensure to upload their O’level subjects on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS), particularly those with awaiting results.

NOTE: The online screening application and form submission will begin on Monday, 31st July, 2023, and end on Friday, 15th September, 2023.

Candidates are advised to frequently visit the Polytechnic’s website www.fedpolyado.edu.ng for more detailed instructions regarding the online application, starting from Monday, 14th August, 2023.
