Federal University of Technology Babura Announces 2023/2024 Registration For Admission; Greetings to all prospective candidates! We are pleased to invite you to register for the Post-UTME Online Admission Screening at the Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB) for the 2023/2024 Academic Session.
Below, we have outlined the necessary details for your convenience:
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:
a) Candidates are required to have passed a minimum of 5 relevant subjects, achieving credit level in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent in not more than two (2) sittings, which must include English Language and Mathematics.
b) Direct Entry (DE) candidates aspiring for admission MUST possess a minimum of Lower credit in the National Diploma and have earned 6 points in the IJMB Exam.
c) UTME Candidates who desire to study at FUTB but did not initially choose the University as their first choice institution and have scored a minimum of 150 or above in the 2023 UTME, are advised to change their institution of choice to the FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, BABURA via the JAMB website (http://www.jamb.org.ng). You can select any of our available programs.
REGISTRATION DETAILS:
- Online registration for the Screening Exercise will commence on Monday, 9th October 2023, and end at Midnight on Sunday, 19th November, 2023.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
Step 1: Logon to https://myfutb.futb.edu.ng
Step 2: Login using your UTME Number and UTME Score.
Step 3: Update your contact details to generate your REMITA Payment.
Step 4: Your REMITA Retrieval Reference number (RRR) will be generated automatically.
Step 5: DE Candidates should proceed to upload their SSCE and ‘A’ Level Result(s).
Step 6: Payment can be made through any of REMITA’s payment options. Click “Pay Now” to open the payment dialog, or click on “Generate Payment Schedule” to generate, download, and print a payment schedule that includes all the necessary information for payment at a Bank or on the REMITA website. Please note that the registration fee is Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only, excluding the REMITA charges.
Step 7: After successful payment, update your UTME details.
Step 8: Upload a passport-sized photograph.
Step 9: Update your O’ level examinations, with a maximum of 2 sittings.
Step 10: Upload electronic copies of your O’ level results and UTME result slip.
Step 11: Generate, download, and print the acknowledgment slip to complete your registration.
