Federal Polytechnic Ugep Post-UTME Screening Form 2025/2026; This is to notify the general public and all 2025 UTME candidates that registration for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise of Federal Polytechnic Ugep, Cross River State, for the 2025/2026 academic session has commenced. The registration window runs from Monday, 14th July 2025 to Tuesday, 30th September 2025.
Available Full-Time ND Programmes
Applicants can apply for admission into the following National Diploma (ND) full-time programmes:
- ND Computer Engineering
- ND Computer Science
- ND Statistics
- ND Architectural Technology
- ND Civil Engineering
- ND Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- ND Library and Information Science
- ND Accountancy
- ND Business Administration
- ND Hospitality and Tourism
- ND Public Administration
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise, candidates must:
- Be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2025
- Have written the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
- Have scored a minimum of 100 marks in the 2025 UTME
- Have uploaded their O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) to JAMB CAPS
- Have chosen Federal Polytechnic Ugep as First Choice Institution
- Have a minimum of five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings, plus other departmental subject requirements
Note: Candidates who did not initially choose Federal Polytechnic Ugep as their first choice can still apply, provided they change their institution of choice to Federal Polytechnic Ugep on the JAMB Portal on or before 30th September, 2025.
Screening Fee Payment Procedure
Eligible candidates are to pay a non-refundable screening fee of N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) using either of the following options:
- Via Remita using the GIFMIS Code: 0517018031
- Through the Bursary Department at Federal Polytechnic Ugep
Important Notes for Applicants
- Only candidates who fulfill all eligibility criteria will be considered for admission.
- Make sure your UTME subject combination matches the course you’re applying for.
- All payments must be made using approved channels. Do not pay into personal accounts or to unauthorized individuals.
- Ensure all your details on JAMB CAPS and application portal are correct and up to date.

The final date for registration and payment is Tuesday, 30th September 2025. Candidates are advised to complete the process early to avoid last-minute issues.
