Entry Requirements

To be eligible, applicants must meet at least one of the following:

  • Five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or GCE).
  • A National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC) with a credit in a relevant trade and four additional academic subjects, including English and Mathematics.

Application Procedure

The application process is dual-phased, involving both JAMB registration and submission through the polytechnic’s portal:

  1. Visit any JAMB office and apply under “Application for Admission into Part-Time Programmes” at Federal Polytechnic Offa.
  2. Pay ₦3,500 to obtain your JAMB Registration Number.
  3. Go to the school’s official application portal: www.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng.
  4. Pay a ₦15,000 processing fee online via ATM card (Interswitch supported).
  5. Complete the form, upload O’Level results, and attach all required credentials.
  6. Use an active email address, and ensure that all personal details match across your NIN, academic records, and JAMB profile.

Post-Application Steps: Screening & Verification

Once your online application is submitted:

  • Upload all credentials on the polytechnic’s portal.
  • Download and complete the security form and screening slip.
  • Submit these documents in person at the Security Office on campus.

Note: Any inconsistencies in documentation or false declarations will result in immediate disqualification. Additionally, applicants whose names do not appear on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) will not be considered for final admission.

Application Deadline

The admission portal will remain open for eight weeks from the date of this announcement. Late applications will not be entertained.
