Key Dates and Activities for Regular Students (1st & 3rd Semesters)
The 2025/2026 academic year for new and returning students (excluding SIWES) will begin with administrative preparations in September 2025.
Admissions and Resumption
- First Admission List Release: September 25, 2025
- Supplementary List Release: October 9, 2025
- Resumption Date: October 11, 2025
Registration and Lectures
- Registration: October 13–24, 2025
- Lectures Begin: October 20, 2025
Mid-Semester Activities
The semester includes continuous assessment submissions and the annual Rector’s Cup competition.
End-of-Year Break
- Break: December 21, 2025 – January 3, 2026
Orientation and Matriculation
- Orientation for New Students: January 26–30, 2026
- Matriculation: January 31, 2026
First Semester Examinations
- Exams: February 16 – March 7, 2026
- Semester Break: March 8–20, 2026
SIWES Students (3rd Semester)
Students in the SIWES category will follow a different academic timeline:
- Resumption: November 29, 2025
- Lectures Begin: December 8, 2025
- Examinations: February 23 – March 7, 2026
Their semester runs through the end-of-year break without interruption.
Second and Fourth Semesters (All Students)
The second and fourth semesters will begin immediately after the first semester break.

- Lectures Begin: March 30, 2026
- Lecture Duration: 14 weeks
- Examinations: June 15 – July 4, 2026
Following examinations, SIWES for the next session will commence on July 6, 2026.
