Federal Polytechnic Idah Post UTME Form 2026/2027; The management of Federal Polytechnic, Idah has announced the commencement of its Post UTME screening exercise for admission into National Diploma (ND) full-time programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The screening exercise is completely online and admission will be based on candidates’ UTME scores and O’Level results. There will be no written examination or physical screening.
Eligibility Requirements
To apply, candidates must:
- Choose Federal Polytechnic, Idah as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME.
- Score 100 and above in UTME.
- Possess at least five O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects, including those required for the chosen course.
- Have the correct UTME subject combination for their intended programme.
Candidates who did not initially choose the Polytechnic as their first choice must first carry out a Change of Institution on the JAMB portal before applying.
Awaiting Result Candidates
Candidates awaiting their O’Level results are eligible to apply. During registration, they should indicate Awaiting Result (AR) and upload their results on JAMB CAPS immediately after release.
Important JAMB CAPS Requirement
All applicants must upload their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS through an accredited CBT centre. Failure to do so may affect screening and admission processing.
Screening Method
The screening will be based solely on:
- UTME score
- O’Level results
There will be:
- No aptitude test
- No physical verification
- No face-to-face interview
Application Fee
The Post UTME application fee is:
₦2,000 only
Payment is to be made online through the Polytechnic’s admission portal.

- Click Post UTME (Prospective ND Students).
- Select Register Now.
- Choose Post UTME.
- Enter a valid email address and phone number.
- Create an account.
- Check your email for login details.
- Log in using the supplied username and password.
- Upload a passport photograph.
- Pay the ₦2,000 application fee online.
- Complete the application form.
- Upload:
- UTME result slip
- WAEC, NECO or NABTEB result/certificate
- Submit the application.
- Print the completed application form for reference.
