Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Post-UTME Screening Form for 2025/2026 Academic Session; The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening exercise. This invitation is extended to applicants who selected the Polytechnic as their first choice institution during the 2025 UTME or are willing to change their choice to the Polytechnic.
A. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. UTME Score
- Candidates must have scored a Minimum Acceptable Mark (MAM) of 120 in the 2025 UTME.
2. O’Level Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects in not more than two sittings in SSCE (WAEC/NECO), GCE, or NABTEB.
- Applicants using NABTEB (NTC) for School of Engineering (SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT) must present a core subject from Trade Related Area (TRA)—NOT Business subjects like Book Keeping, Commerce, etc.
- For Business-related courses, NABTEB (NBC) is accepted.
- NABTEB Technical Certificate (NTC) and NABTEB General Education Certificate (NGC) are acceptable only for SAAT and School of Science and Computer Studies.
- Note: NABTEB online result printouts older than 12 months will not be accepted for clearance after admission.
3. Candidates Who Did Not Choose Federal Poly Ado-Ekiti
- Candidates who scored 120 and above but did not initially choose the Polytechnic may also apply, but must first do a Change of Institution on JAMB CAPS and make the Polytechnic their first choice.
4. Departmental Requirements
- Applicants must carefully review the specific O’Level requirements for their chosen course of study on the Polytechnic’s admission portal.
B. HOW TO APPLY
Step-by-Step Application Process
- Visit the Polytechnic Portal
- Go to: https://www.fedpolyado.edu.ng
- Click on “Application” to generate and print your application payment invoice.
- Payment of Screening Fee
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 at any bank using the Remita platform with the invoice generated.
- Alternatively, pay online with a debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Verve) following the instructions on the invoice page.
- Complete Screening Form
- Revisit the portal after payment.
- Fill the screening application form using your RRR number from the invoice. Ensure the invoice and RRR are in your name.
- Final Submission
- Carefully cross-check all information before submission.
- Print both the acknowledgement slip and screening form for your records.
- JAMB CAPS Upload
- All candidates, especially those using awaiting results, must upload their O’Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal at any accredited CBT center.
