Federal College of Agriculture Ibadan ND & HND Admission Form 2025/2026; The Federal College of Agriculture, Moor Plantation, Ibadan (FCA IBADAN) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Eligibility for Admission

Candidates must have sat for the 2025 UTME and scored 100 and above.
Such candidates are required to effect a Change of Institution to Federal College of Agriculture, Ibadan as their first-choice institution via the JAMB portal.
Candidates must upload their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS at any JAMB office or JAMB-accredited CBT centre.
Candidates awaiting O’Level results are also eligible to apply, but they must ensure that their results are uploaded as soon as they are released.

Registration Procedure (All Applicants)

Follow the steps below to apply:

Step 1 – Online Registration

Visit https://portal.fcaib.edu.ng/post-utme.
Enter a valid email address and phone number.
A verification link will be sent to your email.
Click the link and make a payment of ₦2,000 to receive a confirmation code via email.

Step 2 – Login and Payment

Login with your email and confirmation code.
Select your preferred programme of study.
Click on Proceed to Payment.
Enter your full name (as it appears on your WAEC/NECO/NABTEB certificate or JAMB slip).
Click Generate RRR to obtain a 12-digit Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and pay at any bank, or click Pay with Remita to pay online.

Step 3 – Complete the Application Form

Return to the application portal and click on “Application Form” in the menu.
Fill in all required fields carefully.
Upload the required documents, including a passport photograph (maximum 50kb, white background).
Cross-check all information before clicking Submit Form.

All information provided must be accurate; falsification of details will lead to disqualification.
Candidates can log in to the portal anytime to check their admission status.
If a test or interview is required, shortlisted candidates will be notified through their registered email or phone number.
