Fed Poly Ado-Ekiti ND Part-Time/Evening Admission Form for 2025/2026 Academic Session; Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the National Diploma (ND) Part-Time/Evening (Six Semesters) programmes of the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti for the 2025/2026 academic session.
This programme leads to the award of a National Diploma (ND) and is designed to accommodate working-class candidates or individuals with tight daytime schedules.

A. GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Who Can Apply?
- Applicants who chose Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti in the 2025 UTME, scored 120 and above, but did not meet the required aggregate score for their chosen full-time course.
- Candidates who did not choose the institution but scored 120 and above in the 2025 UTME can also apply.
2. O’Level Requirements
- Applicants must have five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings in SSCE (WAEC/NECO), GCE, and/or NABTEB.
3. NABTEB-Specific Requirements
- Candidates applying with NABTEB (NTC) for courses in the School of Engineering (SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT) must possess a core subject from the Trade Related Area (TRA) — not Business-related subjects like Bookkeeping, Commerce, etc.
- Applicants applying for Business-related courses can use NABTEB (NBC).
- NABTEB Business Certificate (NBC) and General Education Certificate (NGC) are not accepted for the School of Engineering.
- However, NTC and NGC certificates are acceptable for courses in SAAT and School of Science and Computer Studies.
4. Departmental Subject Requirements
- Candidates should carefully review the specific O’Level requirements for their chosen course. These details are available on the 2025/2026 Admission Application Page.
5. Online Result Printout Limitation
- Online O’Level/NABTEB result printouts older than 12 months will not be accepted for final clearance after admission.
B. METHOD OF APPLICATION
The application process is in two stages:
STAGE 1: JAMB CAPS Platform
All applicants must first register their details on the JAMB portal to obtain a JAMB registration number and admission letter.
How to Register:
- Visit a JAMB office or any JAMB-accredited CBT centre.
- Provide:
- A valid email address
- A valid phone number
- Pay the prescribed JAMB application and processing fee.
STAGE 2: Federal Polytechnic Portal
Follow these steps to apply via the Polytechnic Portal:
- Visit: https://www.students.fedpolyado.edu.ng
- Generate Invoice:
- Click on “Application”
- Select “Generate Invoice”
- Under “Programme”, choose ND PART-TIME/EVENING
- Select your desired course
- Enter your personal details and generate the invoice.
- Payment of Application Fee:
- Amount: ₦11,500
- Pay at any commercial bank using the generated invoice and Remita platform.
- Alternatively, use a debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Verve) on the portal (ensure to print your invoice before card payment).
- Complete the Application:
- Return to the portal and fill in your application form using the RRR number on your invoice.
- Ensure that both the invoice and the RRR are in the applicant’s name.
- Submit and Print:
- Carefully review your form before submission.
- Print the acknowledgment slip and completed application form.
- Upload O’Level Results:
- Upload your O’Level subjects to the JAMB CAPS portal, especially if you are using awaiting results.
