FCMLST Jos Post UTME Form 2024/2025. The Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology (FCMLST), Jos, has announced the availability of its Post-UTME form for the 2024/2025 academic session. This screening provides an opportunity for candidates to gain admission into the College’s National Diploma (ND) programmes.

Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
Environmental Health Technology (EHT)

These courses are structured to provide students with the foundational skills necessary for their professional careers.

Eligibility Criteria for FCMLST Post UTME

To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:

JAMB Requirement:
- Must have chosen FCMLST, Jos, as their first choice in the 2024/2025 UTME.
- Candidates who scored 140 or above in JAMB but did not select FCMLST can apply after changing their institution to FCMLST via the JAMB portal.
O’Level Requirements:
- Five (5) O’Level credits in Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics, and Physics.
- Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings from GCE/NECO or WAEC.
- All O’Level results must be within five years of application.
Programme Duration:
- Each programme runs for two years.

Application Process for FCMLST Post UTME

Obtain and Fill the Form:
- Collect the application form and complete it with accurate information.
Attach Credentials:
- Attach all required documents.
Submit the Form:
- Submit the completed form and credentials to the Admission Unit at the following address:
  Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, P.M.B. 2253, Jos, Plateau State.

Dates: 16th December 2024 – 17th January 2025
Time: 10:00 AM
Venue: College Assembly Complex

Applicants must report on the scheduled dates with all necessary documents.

Payment of Acceptance Fee

Successful candidates must pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of N20,000 through the Treasury Single Account (TSA) using the following steps:

For GIFMIS Code, enter “Nil.”
Provide a description of the payment purpose.

Submit the details and choose your preferred payment method.
Generate a receipt with the Remita code.
