FCE (Special) Oyo Post-UTME Screening 2025/2026; The Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo, the only institution of its kind in Sub-Saharan West Africa dedicated to training professionals in Special Education, invites applications from qualified candidates for Post-UTME screening into its Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for admission into the NCE programme, applicants must:
- Have selected FCE (Special), Oyo as their first-choice institution in the 2025 UTME and scored 100 or above.
- Candidates who did not initially choose the College, but scored 100 and above, are also eligible after effecting a change of institution on the JAMB portal to make the College their first choice.
- Be at least 16 years old by 30th September, 2025.
Application Procedure
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Visit the College’s official portal: http://www.nce.fcesoyo.edu.ng.
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000.00 via the Remita platform at any commercial bank or online.
- Fill and submit the online application form.
- Upload the following:
- A recent passport photograph with a white background (JPEG or JPG format, max 100kb, no glasses or veil).
- Scanned O’Level result(s).
- Print the completed application form for your records.
Screening Requirements
Candidates must bring the following documents to the screening exercise:
- Two (2) copies of UTME result slip.
- Original and photocopy of the completed screening application form.
- SSCE/GCE O’Level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) – NABTEB accepted for Vocational & Technical Education, Adult Education, English Language, Integrated Science, and Physics only.
- Change of Institution slip (for those who changed to FCE Oyo Special).
- Candidates must ensure that their O’Level results are uploaded to the JAMB CAPS portal via an accredited CBT centre.
- Candidates awaiting results may apply, but must upload their results on or before 24th September, 2025.

Additional Information
- Admitted candidates must accept the admission within three (3) weeks or risk forfeiting the offer.
- Unaccepted admissions will be deleted and marked as “refusal to accept”, disqualifying the candidate for admission in the same session.
