FCE (Special) Oyo Affiliated to UI Post-UTME/DE Form 2025/2026; The Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo, in affiliation with the University of Ibadan (UI), has officially begun the admission screening process for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you’re passionate about teaching—especially special education—this is a great opportunity to get a degree from one of Nigeria’s top institutions.

Note: Courses with a slash (/) are offered as combined subjects, meaning one serves as a minor teaching area.
✅ Who Can Apply?
You’re eligible to apply if you meet any of the following:
- You chose FCE (Special), Oyo (in affiliation with UI) in your 2025 UTME and scored 200 or above
- You scored 200+ in UTME but did not initially choose the College (you’ll need to change your first-choice institution to FCE (Special), Oyo on the JAMB portal)
- You’re a Direct Entry applicant with a valid NCE or equivalent qualification
📝 How to Apply
All applications must be completed online through the official admission portal. The application deadline is 30 December 2025.

- Visit the portal: ui.fcesoyo.edu.ng
- Make payment of ₦2,000 for screening via Paystack
- Fill the application form in CAPITAL LETTERS
- Upload your O’Level results (WAEC/NECO)
- Direct Entry applicants must also upload their NCE results
- Use a valid and active email address and phone number
- Review all your inputs carefully
- Click on FINAL SUBMISSION and print your application slip
⚠️ Note: You cannot edit the form after final submission. Double-check your entries before clicking submit.
📌 Important Reminders
- Screening dates will be sent to your email and/or phone number
- Paying the ₦2,000 fee does not guarantee admission
- Direct Entry candidates must submit two hard copies of their forms and credentials to the Directorate of Degree Programmes before the deadline
- Provide valid WAEC or NECO scratch card(s) for result verification
- Falsified documents will lead to automatic disqualification and possible prosecution
