Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) is now accepting applications for the Post UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2024/2025 academic session. Screening Details
- Cut-off Marks: The general cut-off mark is 160, except for Medicine and Surgery, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Nursing Sciences, Pharmacy, and Law, which require a minimum score of 200.
- Screening Mode: Online screening will be conducted. There will be no physical screening or aptitude test.
- Processing Fee: The fee for processing the application is ₦2,000.
- Notifications: Admission status will be communicated via text message and through the ESUT Portal.

Registration Procedure
- Online Registration:
- Registration opens on Monday, 19th August 2024, and closes on Friday, 20th September 2024.
- Visit the ESUT Portal
- Select “2024/2025 Under Regular Students” and click on “2024/2025 Admission Screening Registration.”
- Generate Invoice:
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate an invoice.
- Payment Options Using Interswitch:
- Bank Branch: Visit any commercial bank with a printout of the generated invoice and use the reference number to pay ₦2,000 via Enugu State IGR payment.
- Debit Card: Pay online using your JAMB Registration number.
- Complete Application Form:
- Return to the application page, enter your JAMB Registration Number again, complete the form, confirm entries, and submit.
- Print Acknowledgment Slip:
- Print the acknowledgment slip for your records.
Note: Candidates awaiting WAEC (May/June), NECO (May/June), and NABTEB (May/June) 2024 results may apply. However, results released after 30th September 2024 will not be accepted. Ensure consistency in your name across all documents.
Attestation
- Candidates must attest that the information provided in the screening form is accurate. Any false information will result in disqualification.
Direct Entry Screening
- Direct Entry candidates who chose ESUT will also undergo online screening.
- Request institutions to forward transcripts of results to the ESUT Registrar.
