EDOCNS Post Basic Nursing Admission Form 2025/2026. The Edo State College of Nursing Sciences (EDOCNS) has announced the commencement of applications for its Post Basic Nursing programme for the 2025/2026 academic session. The college invites suitably qualified male and female candidates to apply.
The Post Basic Nursing programme has a duration of 18 months and is open to applicants who meet the required academic qualifications and hold a valid professional licence. The application process is conducted entirely online, allowing candidates to submit their details conveniently from the opening date of the portal.
Programme Requirements at EDOCNS
Applicants must possess five (5) credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
These credits must be obtained from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, in not more than two sittings.
In addition, every applicant must hold a current Registered Midwife (RM) licence issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). Both the O’Level requirements and the professional licence are mandatory for admission into the Post Basic Nursing programme.
