Edo State Polytechnic Post-UTME Eligibility
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Five Credit level Passes in G.C.E ‘O’ level, Senior Secondary Certificate (SSCE), or NBTE at not more than two sittings. The five subjects must include Mathematics and English Language and any other three subjects in relevant areas.
- Must have scored the required cut-off mark in the current UTME, along with other requirements as determined by the Admission Board.
How to Apply for Edo State Polytechnic Post-UTME Form
The application cost is N5,000. For first-time applicants, the following steps provide a comprehensive guide on how to navigate the application process:
Step 1: Preparing for the Application Process
Secure a valid e-mail account for communication purposes throughout the admission process.
Step 2: Registration
Visit the Edo Polytechnic application portal at https://edopoly.waeup.org/applicants/. Select your desired programme and click on ‘Register for application’ at the top left of the page. Provide your first name, middle name, surname, email address, and phone number.
Step 3: Account Verification
Your ID and password will be sent to your email. Use the link in the email to verify your account and proceed.
Step 4: Login and Application
Log in at edopoly.waeup.org, and click on ‘Edit Application record’ to fill out all required information.
Step 5: Passport Photograph Upload
Upload a recent and clear 5” x 5” colored passport photograph. This will serve as your official identification at Edo Polytechnic.
Step 6: Payment of Application Fee
Click on “Add online payment ticket” at the bottom of the page, then on “Pay with Interswitch” to pay the application fee using an ATM-enabled card from any commercial bank in Nigeria.
Step 7: Final Review and Submission
Review and confirm your information before submitting. Note that no corrections will be accepted after the application closing date, June 6th, 2025.
