Edo State College of Nursing Sciences Admission Form 2025/2026 Now Available. The Edo State College of Nursing Sciences (EDOCNS) has officially opened applications for admission into its various nursing programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. Qualified male and female candidates are invited to apply for the following programmes: ND Nursing, Post Basic Nursing, Post Basic Midwifery, Public Health Nursing, and the Midwifery Refresher Course.
Available Programmes and Entry Requirements: Edo State College of Nursing Sciences Admission Form 2025/2026
1. ND Nursing (National Diploma)
To be eligible for admission, candidates must:
- Have sat for the 2025 JAMB UTME
- Possess five O’Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Results must be obtained from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, in no more than two sittings
- Be at least 17 years old at the time of application
- Awaiting results is not accepted
2. Post Basic Nursing & Post Basic Midwifery
Applicants must:
- Hold a valid RN (Registered Nurse) or RM (Registered Midwife) licence, depending on the selected track
- Present five O’Level credits as listed above
- Note: Entry into Post Basic Nursing begins at ND II, while Post Basic Midwifery begins at HND I
3. Midwifery Refresher Course
To qualify, candidates must:
- Meet the standard O’Level requirement (five science-based credits)
- A professional licence is not required for this course
4. Public Health Nursing
Applicants must:
- Possess a valid RN licence
- Also meet the five-credit O’Level requirement listed earlier

- Click on Admissions, read the application guidelines, then click Apply Now
- Complete the application form carefully
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦20,500
