ECWA College of Nursing Sciences Egbe 2026/2027 Post UTME Application for ND Nursing Admission; ECWA College of Nursing Sciences has announced the commencement of its Post UTME application for admission into the ND Nursing Programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The admission form is open to candidates who meet the O’level, UTME, age and JAMB choice requirements set by the college.

ECWA College of Nursing Sciences Post UTME Requirements

Applicants seeking admission into the ND Nursing Programme must possess credit passes in five relevant O’level subjects.

The required subjects are:

  • Mathematics
  • English Language
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Physics

The results must be obtained from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in not more than two sittings.

Candidates are also required to score at least 170 in the 2026 UTME examination.

The approved UTME subject combination includes:

  • Use of English
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Physics

JAMB First Choice Requirement

Applicants must choose ECWA College of Nursing Sciences, Egbe, also known as ECONS, as their first-choice institution in JAMB.

Candidates who did not initially select ECONS as their first choice can still apply. However, they are required to complete a change of institution and make ECONS their first-choice institution on or before 16 September 2026.

Age Requirement for Applicants

The college stated that all applicants must be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2026.

Candidates are advised to confirm their dates of birth before completing the application process, as the age requirement forms part of the admission conditions.

How to Apply for ECWA College of Nursing Sciences Post UTME

Applications are to be completed online through the college application portal.

Interested candidates are expected to:

  • Open the application link
  • Follow the application instructions
  • Create an application account
  • Complete the online form after account creation

After creating an account, login details will be sent to the applicant’s registered email address.

The college advised candidates to use a valid and accessible personal email address because all future updates and login details will be sent through email.

Applicants were also warned not to create multiple accounts on the application portal.

Application Fee and Payment Procedure

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee.

During payment, candidates should follow the instructions displayed on the portal and select the “Bank Transfer” payment option. This process will generate a virtual account for payment.

The college specifically warned applicants not to use:

  • USSD payment
  • ATM card payment
  • eNaira payment option

ECWA College of Nursing Sciences also stated that cash payments will not be accepted.

Completing the Online Application Form

After payment, some applicants may be redirected automatically to the application form, while others may need to log in again before continuing.

Candidates are advised to keep their login details safe and complete all sections of the form carefully.

The online application form contains four sections:

  • Biodata
  • Passport photograph upload
  • O’level result upload
  • UTME result upload

Applicants are expected to provide accurate details and upload clear scanned copies of the required documents before proceeding to the next stage.

Preview, Submit and Print Application Form

Before final submission, applicants should carefully preview their entries to confirm that all names, examination results and uploaded documents are correct.

After submission, candidates are required to print a copy of the completed application form.

The printed application slip must be presented on the examination day.

ECWA College of Nursing Sciences Post UTME Closing Date

The application portal will close on 14 August 2026.

Interested candidates are advised to complete their applications before the deadline, as the college did not mention any extension date in the admission notice.

CBT Examination Date

ECWA College of Nursing Sciences will conduct a Computer Based Test as part of the admission process.

The CBT examination is scheduled to hold on 16 September 2026 at the college premises by 9:00am.

Candidates are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the examination begins.

Screening Date and Credential Verification

The screening exercise will take place on 17 September 2026 at the college premises by 9:00am.

Applicants are required to present the original copies of their credentials during the screening exercise for verification purposes.

The college noted that the documents will only be sighted during the screening process.
