ECWA College of Nursing Science Advertisement For Post Of Registrar; ECWA College of Nursing Sciences is seeking a qualified and experienced Registrar to join our institution. Reporting directly to the Provost of the College, the Registrar will hold a crucial administrative role, serving as the Chief Administrative Officer of the College, a Principal Officer, Head of the Registry Department, and Secretary to the Governing Council.

Responsibilities:

The Registrar will be responsible for the following:

1. Overseeing the day-to-day administration of the College.
2. Developing and managing the Registry Department, which includes maintaining student and institutional records and handling College correspondences.
3. Ensuring administrative coordination and integration of academic activities, including admission of students, course registration, lecture schedules, class attendance management, student welfare, examination, and result processing.
4. Providing administrative support for staff appointments and related matters.
5. Demonstrating the ability to develop, document, and implement best practices in College administration.
6. Acting as the Secretary to the Governing Council.
7. Performing any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. A minimum of the position of Deputy Registrar in a recognized Tertiary Institution in Nigeria, or at least 5 years of working experience in a similar institution.
2. A graduate in humanities or business with suitable experience in public administration and institution management.
3. Evidence of strong administrative leadership, initiative, and creativity in policy formulation, good industrial human relations, and proven managerial attributes.
4. Evidence of membership in reputable professional bodies in Nigeria.
5. Proficient in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
6. Objective, fair-minded, impartial, and possessing proven integrity, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
