DSPG Admission Forms 2026/2027. Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku (DSPG) has opened applications for National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session. The admission exercise covers full-time (Regular I) and part-time (Regular II) programmes across business, engineering, science, ICT, environmental studies, arts and management disciplines.

ND Full-Time Admission Requirements
Candidates seeking admission into DSPG’s National Diploma Regular I programmes must satisfy the following conditions:
- Score at least 100 in the 2026 UTME
- Choose DSPG as first or second choice institution
- Be at least 17 years old
- Possess five O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics
- Obtain the credits in not more than two sittings
Applicants who did not initially choose DSPG can still apply after changing their institution choice through JAMB.
The polytechnic also requires candidates to ensure that the course selected during UTME matches the course chosen on the admission portal and JAMB CAPS.
ND Part-Time Admission Requirements
Unlike the full-time route, ND Part-Time applicants do not require a UTME score.
Candidates must possess:
- Five O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics
- Results obtained in not more than two sittings
- Accepted qualifications from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, GCE or equivalent examinations
Applicants will participate in the institution’s screening exercise before admission decisions are made.
HND Full-Time Admission Requirements
Candidates applying for Higher National Diploma full-time admission must already possess a National Diploma from an NBTE-accredited institution.
DSPG requires:
- ND Lower Credit plus one year industrial training experience
or
- ND Pass plus two years relevant work experience
Applicants must also possess:
- Five O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics
- Results obtained in not more than two sittings
- Evidence that the original ND admission was secured through JAMB
HND Part-Time Admission Requirements
For HND Part-Time admission, applicants must possess:
- National Diploma from a recognised polytechnic or monotechnic
- Minimum of one year post-ND industrial experience
- Five O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics
- Results obtained in not more than two sittings
The programme is designed for candidates who prefer a more flexible study schedule while upgrading their qualifications.
