DESPO ND Regular 2 (SPAT) Admission 2026/2027; Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DESPO), has opened applications for its ND Regular 2, also known as SPAT, for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Who Can Apply for DESPO ND Regular 2 (SPAT)
Applicants must possess at least five O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics.
Accepted results include WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
Candidates must also have sat for the 2026 UTME and scored below 100.
Applicants who did not choose DESPO as their first choice can still apply, provided their O’Level results are uploaded to their JAMB profile.
Screening Items for DESPO ND Regular 2 (SPAT)

Candidates are expected to come with the following items:
- Four passport photographs
- Payment receipt for the application form
- Statement of result or certificate
- Certificate of local government of origin
- Birth certificate or age declaration
- Writing materials (pencil and others)
Each form and acknowledgement slip must have a passport photograph attached.
How to Apply for DESPO ND Regular 2 (SPAT) Admission
Applicants should complete their registration online through the DESPO SPAT application portal.
The application process includes:
- Selecting “SPAT Application Form” on the portal
- Paying the ₦15,000 application fee using Verve or MasterCard
- Filling and submitting the application form
- Printing two copies of the acknowledgement slip
