You must have a National Identification Number (NIN).
You must be a full-time student in a government-approved institution.
Part-time students, PGD, Master’s, and PhD students are not eligible.
Your CGPA from the previous academic year must be 2.20 or above.
You must be in:
- Year 2 or above in university
- ND II or HND II in polytechnic/monotechnic
- NCE II or III in colleges
You must own a bank account with a CBN-approved bank.
How to Apply for the Delta State Bursary
