DELSU Opens 2025 Post UTME & Direct Entry Screening. Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, has begun its 2025/2026 admission screening for both Post UTME and Direct Entry (DE) applicants. If you selected DELSU as your first choice in JAMB and scored 150 or above, you’re eligible to apply.
The application portal opens Thursday, 24 July, and closes Friday, 22 August 2025, at midnight.
If DELSU wasn’t your initial choice but you’d like to apply, simply change your first choice on the JAMB portal before the deadline. Applications from non-first-choice candidates will not be processed.
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
- UTME candidates who chose DELSU as first choice and scored 150 or above
- Direct Entry candidates with NCE, OND, HND, A-Level, or a first degree in relevant subjects
- Candidates willing to change their first choice to DELSU on the JAMB portal before the deadline
All applicants must upload their O’Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal. If your result isn’t out yet, you can update it later—but no upload, no admission.
How to Apply
- Visit the DELSU Student Portal
- Click POST UTME 2025/2026
- Click Start Form and enter your JAMB registration number
- Complete the application form and proceed to payment
- After payment, fill in your O’Level subjects, guardian’s details, and upload your passport photo
- Submit the form and print a copy for your records

You’ll receive updates via the email and phone number you provided during registration—make sure they’re accurate and accessible.
Important Reminders
- Upload your results to JAMB CAPS—DELSU will not consider any application without it
- Do not submit fake results or incorrect information
- The form closes on 22 August at midnight—no extensions
