All successful candidates are required to present the following documents to the respective campuses:
- Admission Letter (To be printed online, COLOURED, and on a cream CONQUEROR Paper)
- Biodata Printout
- Course Registration Form
- Payment Slip
- Completed Acceptance Form
- Completed ID Card Form
- Completed Undertaking Letter
- Completed Guarantor’s Form
- Medical Examination Form
- Six (6) Passport Photographs
- Acknowledgement Card
- SSCE Certificate or Statement of Result
- Secondary School Testimonial
- Primary Certificate
- Primary School Testimonial
- Indigene Letter
- Letter of Identification of Residence
- Hostel Fee Payment Slip (for those opting to stay in the hostel)

- Items marked as b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, p, and q can be printed directly from the Registration Portal.
- Failure to complete registration by Tuesday, 14th May, 2024, will result in forfeiture of admission.
- Lecture sessions will commence on Wednesday, 15th May, 2024.
