For documentation purposes, all successful candidates are required to present the ORIGINAL and three copies of the following documents to the Satellite Campuses:
- Biodata Printout
- Course Registration Form
- Payment Slip
- Completed Acceptance Form
- Completed ID Card Form
- Completed Library Form
- Completed Undertaking Letter
- Completed Guarantor’s Form
- Medical Examination Form
- Six (6) Passport Photographs (in program uniform)
- Acknowledgement Card
- SSCE Certificate or Statement of Result
- Secondary School Testimonial
- Primary Certificate
- Primary School Testimonial
- Indigene Letter
- Hostel Fee Payment Slip (for hostel residents)
- Hostel Allocation Form (for hostel residents)
- Result Scratch Card(s)
- One (1) A4 Rim Paper
Note: Items 1–9, 17, and 18 can be printed from the Registration Portal.
Important Reminder: Failure to complete registration by Friday, 1st December, 2023, will result in the forfeiture of admission.
