College of Nursing Sciences Obohia Ndoki Admission Form for 2025/2026; The management of the College of Nursing Sciences, Obohia Ndoki, situated in Ukwa East Local Government Area, Abia State, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its Nursing and Midwifery programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- JAMB UTME Score: Candidates must have scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME.
- O’Level Requirements: Candidates must possess credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology in not more than two sittings (WAEC or NECO).
Application Procedure
- Purchase of Application Form:
- Forms can be obtained only at the Bursary Department of the College.
- A non-refundable application fee of ₦25,000 is required.
- Acceptance Fee:
- Upon admission, candidates must pay an acceptance fee of ₦150,000.
Note: The College does not process admissions online, and online payments are not accepted. All transactions must be completed in person at the College.
Required Documents Upon Admission
Admitted candidates must present the following documents:
- Original JAMB result slip
- WAEC or NECO certificate/result
- Birth certificate from the National Population Commission
- Testimonial from the last school attended
- Letter of sponsorship
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs
