Claretian University Post-UTME & Direct Entry Form 2025/2026. Claretian University of Nigeria, Nekede, has opened its admissions portal for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you’re aiming for 100 or 200 level entry, and you’ve met the basic requirements, it’s time to apply.
Applications opened on Wednesday, 23 July 2025.
Who Can Apply?
- You must be at least 16 years old
- You must have passed UTME and selected Claretian University as your choice (or plan to)
- You need five credit passes, including English and Mathematics, from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or equivalent in no more than two sittings
For some programmes, like B. Agriculture, you’ll also need credits in Chemistry, Biology or Agricultural Science, Physics, and Mathematics. Even if you didn’t pass all these subjects, at least an attempt is necessary.
Direct Entry Applicants
You’re eligible if you have any of the following:
- ND with Distinction
- HND with Credit
- NCE with Double Major at Credit level
- ND with Credit or NCE with Merit
Your entry level depends on your qualifications:
- ND (Upper Credit) – start from 200 level
- HND – possible 300 level (except DVM)
- Lower qualifications may start from 100 level
How to Apply
You have two options:

- Click on Admissions > Apply Now
- Select Undergraduate Programmes
- Complete the form via the Online Application Portal
2. Apply In Person
Visit the admissions office:

What You’ll Need
Before starting your application, make sure you have:
- A valid email address
- A recent passport photo (white or blue background)
- WAEC/NECO result slip
- JAMB result slip
- Birth certificate (preferably from the NPC)
- Local Government Area certificate
- NIN slip
