The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Chinedum Peace Babalola, FAS FAAS, announced the successful accreditation on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, after receiving the official results from the NUC.

Vice-Chancellor’s Remarks
Prof. Chinedum Peace Babalola attributed this remarkable success to the university’s unwavering commitment to quality, excellence, and high academic standards. She expressed deep gratitude to the Board of Trustees (BOT), chaired by High Chief Dr. Winifred Awosika, OON, for providing the necessary funds and support. She also acknowledged the leadership of the Governing Council, led by Distinguished Prof. Ayodeji Olukoju, FNAL, and the dedication of the management, staff, and students of the university.
In her concluding remarks, the Vice-Chancellor reiterated the university’s commitment to excellence and value addition in all areas. She attributed the success to divine intervention, giving all glory and honor to God for the outstanding results.
