CDCFIB Recruitment 2025: Apply Now for Paramilitary Jobs in Nigeria. Are you looking to serve your country in a paramilitary role? The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has opened applications for full-time positions across four major agencies:

  • Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)
  • Nigerian Correctional Service (NCOS)
  • Federal Fire Service (FFS)
  • Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)

Whether you’re a fresh graduate, skilled worker, or licensed professional, there’s likely a role for you. But take note: you can only apply to one agency. Submitting multiple applications will get you disqualified.


Available Roles and Cadres

Recruitment is open across three main cadres:

Category A: Superintendent Cadre

  1. Superintendent of Corrections (Medical Doctor)NCOS only
    • Qualification: MBBS
    • Salary Grade: CONMESS 02
  2. Assistant Superintendent IFFS only
    • Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Water) or Law
    • Salary Grade: CONPASS 09
  3. Assistant Superintendent IINIS, FFS, NSCDC
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or HND
    • Salary Grade: CONPASS 08

Category B: Inspectorate Cadre

  1. InspectorNCOS, FFS, NSCDC
    • Qualification: Registered Nurse or Midwife
    • Salary Grade: CONHESS 06
  2. Assistant Inspector
    • Qualification: NCE or National Diploma
    • Salary Grade: CONPASS 06

Category C: Assistant Cadre

  1. Assistant II (General Duty)
    • Qualification: Five O’Level credits (including English and Maths) or Trade Test Grade II
    • Salary Grade: CONPASS 04
  2. Assistant III (Drivers, Operators, Artisans)
    • Qualification: Four O’Level credits or Trade Test Grade III
    • Salary Grade: CONPASS 03

General Requirements

To apply, you must:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen by birth
  • Be aged between 18 and 35 years
  • Have the required academic/professional qualifications
  • Be medically and physically fit, with certification from a government hospital
  • Have no criminal conviction or history of cultism, drug use, or fraud
  • Be of good character and integrity
  • Meet height requirements:
    • Minimum of 1.65m (men) and 1.60m (women)
    • Men must have a chest measurement of at least 0.87m
  • Computer literacy is an added advantage

How to Apply

Important:

  • Only one application is allowed. Submitting multiple entries will lead to disqualification.
