After that date, the board will not accept complaints from any institution via email or other channels.

Oloyede made the statement yesterday in Port Harcourt at a workshop on the use of the IBASS, and CAPS for South-South stakeholders. He noted that the service platforms were made to help the Board give quick, high-quality service.
He added that the platforms serve as a channel of communication between the board and other regulatory bodies, such as the National Universities Commission (NUC), National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE), National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), and all tertiary institutions in the nation, as well as giving candidates the necessary guidance in the selection of subjects and courses and the processing of the admission.
