The management of the African University of Science and Technology (AUST), Abuja, is pleased to invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its undergraduate programs for the 2023/2024 academic session.

AUST Releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME Admission Form

AUST is committed to providing high-quality education in various scientific and technological disciplines.

Minimum JAMB Cutoff Mark: The minimum cutoff score required by the university for the 2023/2024 session is 140.

Available Undergraduate Programs:

AUST offers the following programs for the 2023/2024 academic session:

  1. Accounting (B.Sc.)
  2. Business Administration (B.Sc.)
  3. Computer Science (B.Sc.)
  4. Software Engineering (B.Sc.)
  5. Materials & Metallurgical Engineering (B. Eng.)
  6. Civil Engineering (B. Eng.)
  7. Mechanical Engineering (B. Eng.)
  8. Petroleum & Energy Resources Engineering (B. Eng.)

Requirements:

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  1. Applicants must have obtained a JAMB score of at least 140.
  2. Applicants must have a minimum of five credit passes in their WAEC/NECO, including Mathematics and English.

Method of Application:

Applications for undergraduate programs at AUST must be made online through the JAMB E-facility Portal. Walk-in applicants who did not initially select AUST as their first choice should visit the JAMB Portal to make the necessary changes to their choice of school. Direct Entry students applying for the 200 Level programs should send an email to admissions@aust.edu.ng or visit the Admissions Office (MH 113, Mandela Hall).

Applicants who had previously selected AUST as their first choice and have a minimum score of 140 will automatically be given admission upon meeting the entry requirements for their chosen program. Walk-in applicants who did not select AUST as their first choice but meet the entry requirements should follow these steps:

JAMB CAPS

  1. Visit the JAMB E-facility Portal at https://jamb.gov.ng/efacility and log in with your email address and password.
  2. Select the ‘Application for Correction of Data (2023)’ from the list of services on the left panel.
  3. Choose the ‘Course/Institution’ option from the drop-down menu and make the necessary changes to select AUST.
