AUN Post-UTME/Direct Entry Admission Form 2025/2026. The American University of Nigeria (AUN) is now accepting applications for the 2025/2026 undergraduate admissions. Whether you’re applying via UTME, Direct Entry (DE), or as a transfer student, AUN offers a clear path to admission.
General Admission Requirements
To apply through UTME, you must have:
- A minimum JAMB score of 160
- Five (5) O-level credit passes, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Acceptable O-level exams: WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or IGCSE
- Maximum of two sittings
Additional Course-Specific Requirements
- Engineering & Technology:
- Credit passes in Physics and Chemistry
- Further Maths and Technical Drawing (optional advantage)
- Law (LLB Hons):
- Credit pass in Literature-in-English
Note: SS1 to SS3 transcripts are part of the evaluation—AUN looks at your full academic record, not just exam scores.
Required Documents
All applicants must submit:
- Completed application form
- O-level result(s)
- School transcripts (SS1 to SS3)
- Recommendation letter from school principal
- JAMB result slip (min. 160)
- Valid ID (e.g. passport, NIN, or driver’s licence)
- A personal essay (Why AUN? What are your goals?)
For Direct Entry/Transfer applicants, add:
- Diploma certificate (OND, NCE, HND, A-Level, etc.)
- Official transcript from your current/previous institution
- Direct Entry JAMB or IJMB result
- Another recommendation letter
