Auchi Polytechnic (Affiliated with UNIZIK) Post-UTME/DE Screening Form for 2025/2026 Admission; The management of Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, in affiliation with Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (UNIZIK), wishes to inform all UTME and Direct Entry (DE) applicants who applied through JAMB for admission into the Degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session that the Post-UTME Screening Portal will open on Thursday, August 14, 2025.
Candidates who selected Auchi Polytechnic (affiliated with UNIZIK) as their First Choice, and those willing to change their institution to Auchi Polytechnic in affiliation with UNIZIK, are eligible to apply.
Degree Programmes Available
The screening exercise will be conducted for the following programmes:
- B.Sc Accountancy
- B.Sc Business Administration
- B.Sc Estate Management
Mode of Screening Exercise
The 2025/2026 admission screening exercise will be conducted using an Online Point-Based Screening System. All UTME and DE applicants are to participate by logging on to the Polytechnic’s screening portal.
Requirements for Online Screening Participation:
To take part in the screening exercise, applicants must:
- Upload their O’Level result(s) to the JAMB portal at a JAMB Office or accredited CBT centre. Note: Candidates with awaiting results may begin online registration but will not be screened until their results are uploaded.
- Have a valid personal email address before starting the registration.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the screening exercise:
- UTME candidates must have scored at least 150 in the 2025 UTME.
- Direct Entry (DE) candidates must have applied through JAMB during the 2025 admission process.
- Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in subjects relevant to their intended course of study, including English Language. These credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.

- Only candidates who:
- Selected Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi (in affiliation with Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka) as their First Choice, or
- Changed to Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi (in affiliation with UNIZIK) as their First Choice institution, and
- Participated in the Post-UTME screening
will be considered for admission into the 2025/2026 academic session.
Screening Fee
- A non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 is required to complete the application.
