A: HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND)

B: ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND)

1. Candidates must possess the National Diploma (ND) of Auchi Polytechnic or an equivalent qualification from accredited institutions.
2. Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) Ordinary Level credit passes at one sitting or six (6) credit passes at two (2) sittings, including Mathematics and English Language in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
3. Candidates must have at least one year of Post National Diploma (ND) Industrial Experience (IT) or two (2) years for some programmes.
4. Candidates must have obtained admission through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and possess an admission letter and registration number for the ND programme.

C: PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN BUILDING TECHNOLOGY

1. Minimum of a lower credit pass in the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology from a recognized institution.
2. Satisfactory completion of the NYSC or evidence of Exemption.

D: PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING

1. Minimum of upper credit in Urban and Regional Planning in Higher National Diploma (HND) from Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, or a recognized institution with satisfactory completion of NYSC, or equivalent qualifications.

E: METHOD OF APPLICATION

1. Visit the Polytechnic website: http://www.auchipoly.edu.ng
2. Pay a non-refundable application and screening fee of Twenty thousand (N20,000.00) Naira via the provided Treasury Single Account (TSA).
3. Proceed to the Auchi Polytechnic Online Admissions Platform: https://www.auchipoly-online.com/
4. Select the desired portal (morning, evening, or degree) and complete the application form with accurate information.
5. Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and make the required payment through approved channels.
6. Return to the portal after payment processing and login with your username and password.
7. Complete the application form, upload required documents, and print the acknowledgement slip and application form.
8. Enclose necessary documents and two passport-sized photographs in an envelope for submission.

Any payment procedure generated outside the auchipoly.edu.ng portal is invalid. All payments must be initiated through the official portal integrated with the remita payment platform. It’s essential to follow the instructions carefully and provide accurate information during the application process.
