ASCOHT MichikaTop-Up Admission Form for 2025/2026. Applications are still open for the second batch of the 2025/2026 Top-Up Programme at Adamawa State College of Health Sciences and Technology (ASCOHT), Michika. This programme is specifically designed for ND, HND, and BSc holders in Community Health who are seeking professional licensure to practise legally in Nigeria.
Who Is This Programme For?
This is an abridgement course approved by the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN). It offers an opportunity for qualified graduates to become licensed Community Health Practitioners.
To be eligible, applicants must hold an ND, HND, or BSc in Community Health from an institution accredited by either the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) or the National Universities Commission (NUC).
Application Process

- Take the payment receipt to the school bursary for clearance.
- Submit the cleared receipt to the office of the Programme Coordinator to collect your application form.
