Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the JBC Scholarship, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Indigene Status: You must be a native of Ibadan. This must be confirmed with a formal letter from your Local Government Chairman or a similar recognized authority.
- Enrollment: You must be currently enrolled in a Nigerian university or polytechnic.
- Academic Performance:
- University students must have at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) standing.
- Polytechnic students must have earned at least an Upper Credit.
Both newly admitted and returning students are encouraged to apply. However, if you are already in Year 2 or higher, an academic transcript is required as part of your application.
