Required Documents For The Government Of Mexico Excellence Scholarship: To apply, candidates must submit the following documents:

- If Spanish is not the applicant’s mother tongue, a copy of proof of advanced Spanish language knowledge (minimum level of B2) issued by any university or educational center.
- A letter in which the applicant states, under protest, that the information provided is true.
- All documents and forms must be in Spanish or submitted with translations into Spanish.
