Anchor University Post-UTME/DE Screening 2025/2026; Anchor University invites all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who applied for admission into the 2025/2026 academic session to its Post-UTME Screening Exercise as scheduled below.
Screening Options & Schedule
1) Physical Screening (for candidates residing in Southwest states)
- Venue: Anchor University Campus
- Date: Tuesday, 26 August 2025
- Time: 9:00 AM
2) Online Screening (for candidates from states outside the Southwest region)
- Mode: Online (coordinated from Anchor University Campus)
- Date: Thursday, 28 August 2025
- Time: 9:00 AM
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who selected Anchor University as first choice and scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME are eligible for the screening.
- Candidates who chose Anchor University as second choice or did not select it should change institution on the JAMB portal to make Anchor University their first choice in order to qualify for the screening.
Specific Admission Requirements
- O’Level: Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings.
- Awaiting Results: Candidates awaiting O’Level results are not required to attend the first screening exercise.
- Age Requirement: Only candidates who will be 16 years old by 30 September 2025 are eligible for admission. Those under 16 may apply for the JUPEB or Diploma Programme.
Documents to Bring for the Screening
Candidates must present the original copies of the following:
- O’Level result(s) (WAEC/NECO)
- JAMB result printout
- Completed Anchor University application form (printed copy)
- Birth certificate or sworn declaration of age
- Scratch card(s) for result verification (e.g., WAEC/NECO)
What to Expect
The screening will consist of an oral interaction, during which all submitted documents will be thoroughly verified. Candidates should come prepared with the required documents and be ready to respond confidently to relevant questions.
