Programmes Offered at Al-Bayan University
Al-Bayan University, Ankpa (AUA), offers a variety of degree programmes through its Faculty of Social and Management Sciences. For the 2024/2025 academic session, the following programmes are available:
- B.Sc. Economics and Developmental Studies
- B.Sc. Criminology and Security Studies

Eligibility for Al-Bayan University Post UTME
To be eligible to apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- JAMB UTME Score: A minimum score of 145 is required for B.Sc. Political Science, B.Sc. Public Administration, and B.Sc. Business Administration. For B.Sc. Economics and Developmental Studies, and B.Sc. Criminology and Security Studies, a score of at least 150 is required.
- Change of Institution: Candidates must change their course and first-choice institution to Al-Bayan University Ankpa, Kogi State, on the JAMB portal.
- O’Level Requirements: Applicants must have credit passes in English Language and Mathematics, along with three other subjects relevant to their chosen course, in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or an equivalent examination. Having a credit in Economics is an added advantage.
How to Apply for Al-Bayan University Post UTME
To apply, follow these steps:
- Visit the Al-Bayan University Admission Portal.
- Click “Create Account” and fill out the required form.
- On the next page, click “Pay Now” to complete the payment of ₦10,500.
- After a successful payment, you will be redirected to the login page. Use your payment reference to log in.
- Complete the admission form with accurate details. Ensure you upload a passport photograph and your O’Level results.
- Print the completed admission form for future reference.
The sale of the Post UTME form begins on Monday, 16th September 2024, and ends on Thursday, 31st October 2024.
