Akwa Ibom Poly approved fees 2025/2026; The management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has officially released the approved summary of fees for the first and second semesters of the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the circular signed by the Registrar, Mr. Godswill Udofah (MNIM), the fees differ for Indigenes, Other Nigerians, and Non-Nigerians across all programmes — ND I, ND II, HND I, and HND II.

Mode of Payment & Portal Process

All students are to follow the approved payment procedure below:

Obtain clearance or authority from their department before making any payment.
Visit the school portal: www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng to create an account or verify existing details.
Generate a Remita invoice through the portal.
Make payment at any commercial bank in Nigeria via the Remita platform.
Complete student profile details on the portal and print payment receipts for verification.

Acceptance Fee

All newly admitted students are required to pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦15,000.00 through the Remita platform at any commercial bank in Nigeria.

Important Notes

Students must submit two (2) copies of both the Remita School Fee e-Receipt and Acceptance Fee receipt, along with one coloured passport photograph, before they can collect their admission letters.
Loss of a fee receipt attracts a penalty of ₦1,000.00.
Departmental fees should be paid directly into the relevant departmental accounts as instructed.
This announcement signifies the official commencement of fee payment for both newly admitted and returning students of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic for the 2025/2026 academic session.
