AKSU Releases 2023/2024 Supplementary Admission Form
Only UTME candidates who selected AKSU as their First (1) Choice Institution and scored 140 and above are eligible to apply for the supplementary admissions.
REGISTRATION PERIOD: The University’s online registration portal will be open from Monday, 20th November, 2023, to Thursday, 30th November, 2023. Candidates are urged to complete their registration before the deadline as those who fail to register within this period will not be considered for admission into Akwa Ibom State University.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2023/2024 SCREENING EXERCISE:
- 2023 UTME Result slip
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Origin
- AKSU PUTME/DE Registration Confirmation Slip (2023)
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: Candidates are to follow these steps to complete the online registration for the screening exercise:
- Visit https://aksu.edu.ng/app
- Click on “START NOW”
- Click on “Enrol”
- Select “SUPPLEMENTARY Admission”
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and proceed by clicking the verification arrow below
- Make a payment of N2,000.00 only as the registration fee (excluding bank charges)
- Payment can be made via Debit Card or Bank Deposit nationwide. If payment is made at the Bank, repeat steps 1-3, then continue the registration process.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents (2023 UTME Result Slip, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Origin) in jpg format with specified size limits.
- Review entered details for accuracy.
- After confirmation, click “Finish” to generate the Registration Confirmation Slip.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Changing to any of the specified Programmes does not guarantee automatic admission. Only candidates meeting the minimum cut-off mark for respective programmes will be considered.
- Candidates have a grace period of four (4) weeks to accept approved admissions. Failure to accept the admission within this period will result in deletion of the admission offer.
- Ensure O’level (WAEC/NECO) results are correctly uploaded on the JAMB portal (CAPS) at an approved COMPUTER-BASED TEST (CBT) CENTRE authorized by JAMB.
- The University does not engage individuals/sales agents for admission. Any dealings or payments to individual accounts are at the individual’s risk.
