AKSU Opens 2026/2027 MBBS Admission Screening Registration; Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) has commenced online registration for its admission screening exercise into the full-time Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The screening is open to candidates who selected AKSU as their first-choice institution in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 290.

Registration for the AKSU MBBS admission screening begins on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, and closes on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.
Candidates are advised to complete their registration before the deadline, as those who fail to register within the stipulated period will not be considered for admission.

- Click START NOW, select Enrol, and then choose PUTME.
- Enter your JAMB registration number and click the arrow to verify your profile.
- Pay the ₦2,000 registration fee, excluding bank charges, using a debit card or bank transfer.
- Upload scanned copies of the required credentials in JPG format. Each file must be at least 120KB and not exceed 150KB.
- Carefully review the information entered to ensure that all details are accurate.
- Click Finish and generate your Registration Confirmation Slip.
