AKSU Launches Full-Time LL.B. Law Degree Programme for 2025/2026 Session; The Management of Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) announces that the National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted approval for the university to commence a Full-Time Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree Programme starting from the 2025/2026 academic session.

The approval was conveyed in an official NUC letter dated 10th November 2025, authorizing the university to admit its pioneer set of Law students.

Admission Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

AKSU must have been selected as the First Choice Institution during UTME registration.
Minimum UTME score of 280.
Candidates who did not select AKSU during UTME registration should apply for a Change of Institution via JAMB immediately.

Registration Start Date

Online registration begins: Monday, 17th November 2025.
Only candidates who successfully complete the online application will be considered for admission.

2025 UTME Result Slip
Birth Certificate
Certificate of Origin
AKSU PUTME Registration Confirmation Slip (2025)

Select “Enrol”
Click “PUTME”
Enter JAMB Registration Number
Verify details and continue
Make payment of ₦2,000 as registration fee (excluding bank charges) via Debit Card or Transfer
Upload required documents in .jpg format (file size between 120KB – 150KB)
Review entered details
Click “Finish” to generate the Registration Confirmation Slip
