HND Programmes
AFIT is offering HND admission in the following areas:
- Aircraft Engineering Technology (Airframe/Power Plant)
- Aircraft Engineering Technology (Avionics)
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology
- Mechanical Engineering Technology (Manufacturing)
- Explosive Ordinance Technology
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Who Can Apply?
HND Requirements
To be eligible for the HND programme, you must:
- Hold a National Diploma (ND) in a related discipline from a recognised polytechnic with at least a Lower Credit (CGPA ≥ 2.50)
- Have completed at least one year of relevant work experience
- Possess five O’Level credit passes, including English Language, Mathematics, and Physics
- For Procurement and Supply Chain Management, your ND must be in Business Administration and Management
Pre-HND Requirements
To qualify for a Pre-HND programme, you must:
- Have an ND with a minimum of Lower Credit in fields like Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Show evidence of at least one year of industrial experience
