AFIT HND and Pre-HND Admission for 2026/2027 Academic Session; Air Force Institute of Technology has announced the commencement of admission into its Higher National Diploma (HND) and Pre-Higher National Diploma (Pre-HND) programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Prospective candidates can now apply for the available programmes through the institution’s admission portal.

The Air Force Institute of Technology listed the following programmes for the 2026/2027 admission exercise:
Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes
- HND Aircraft Engineering Technology, Airframe/Power Plant Option
- HND Aircraft Engineering Technology, Avionics Option
- HND Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology
- HND Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Option
- HND Procurement and Supply Chain Management
Pre-HND Programmes
- Pre-HND Aircraft Engineering Technology

AFIT HND and Pre-HND Application Period
The application portal opened on 18 May 2026 and will close on 20 July 2026.
Applicants are advised to complete and submit their forms within the application period, as the institution has fixed 20 July 2026 as the official deadline for the admission exercise.
Application Fee
Candidates applying for AFIT HND and Pre-HND programmes are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000.
The payment process and application form completion must be carried out through the official AFIT admission portal.
