AEFUTHA College of Nursing Sciences Opens 2025/2026 Admission for ND and HND Nursing. The College of Nursing Sciences at Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki (AE-FUTHA), has officially opened applications for admission into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for admission:

Be at least 16 years of age by June 2025.
Possess a minimum of five (5) credit-level passes in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Biology
  These must be obtained in no more than two sittings from WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.

Important: NABTEB results can only be combined with NABTEB. Combinations with WAEC or NECO are not accepted.

Score a minimum of 150 in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
Choose AE-FUTHA College of Nursing Sciences as your institution of choice during JAMB registration. If not, you must process a change of institution through JAMB.
Bring a coloured printout of your JAMB photo card to the screening venue.

Click on “Make Payment” to generate a Remita invoice for the application fee.
Make the payment online or at any bank.
Send proof of payment via WhatsApp to 08169634390 or 07036088036 to activate your portal account.
Return to the portal to complete your registration.
Print out your Examination Slip, which will contain your examination date, time, and venue.
