Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the 4-year part-time programme, applicants must:
- Possess a Merit Pass or above in relevant NCE subjects
- Have at least five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings
Important JAMB Information
- UTME is NOT required for admission into part-time degree programmes
- However, applicants must register on the JAMB Part-Time Portal to obtain a JAMB Registration Number, which is needed to process NYSC exemption or exclusion
- Candidates who have already taken UTME are still eligible
How to Apply
Follow these steps to complete your application:
- Visit the official portal: portal.afued.edu.ng
- Click on “Applicant”
- Read and accept the instructions, then proceed
- Click “Create Account” and fill in your details with a valid email
- Check your email for your login password
- Log back in to the portal with the password
- Make a payment of ₦10,000 via Etranzact (bank charges apply)
- Complete your application form carefully — no edits allowed after submission
- Print two copies of the completed form
- Submit the forms to the Directorate of Continuing Education and Part-Time Studies on campus
