Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State—also known as the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Azare—has commenced the sale of Post-UTME admission forms for its National Diploma (ND) in Nursing Sciences for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Possess at least five (5) credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Biology
- These must be obtained from WAEC or NECO in no more than two sittings.
- If using NABTEB, all credits must be earned in one sitting only.
- Have selected Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, FUHSTH Azare, as their first choice during JAMB registration.
How to Obtain the Form
- Forms are not available online.
- Interested candidates must visit the Admissions Office of the college in person to obtain the form:
